We are committed to delivering accessible, impactful employability support that reflects the diverse ambitions and needs of our community throughout their student journey to get future ready.
We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Employability Consultant to join our evolving Careers Service. In line with the university’s RH2030s strategy, you will lead on delivering inclusive employability support across academic schools, managing an Employability Coordinator, and collaborate with academic staff to co-design and embed Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG), mentoring, and work-based learning opportunities directly into the curriculum.
Responsibilities
* Lead on delivering inclusive employability support across academic schools.
* Manage an Employability Coordinator.
* Collaborate with academic staff to co-design and embed Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG), mentoring, and work-based learning opportunities directly into the curriculum.
* Work closely with employers and industry partners to enhance work-based learning and student outcomes.
* Utilise digital tools and data systems to track impact and inform improvements.
* Contribute to an innovative, accessible careers service that equips all students with the confidence, skills, and experience to thrive in a changing world of work.

The post is based in Egham, where the University is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
