Today, we are looking for our next Account manager, a trusted partner for our clients, capable of building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
This is a permanent position based in London.
Your missions ✓
Your main objective : To retain and grow our client base by providing high-quality support on the use of our employee benefits platform, while also developing additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
In this role, you will:
* Ensure optimal use of our solution and guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, mainly via video calls and occasionally in person, to understand their needs and anticipate expectations.
* Grow revenue by promoting our additional services (gift cards, seminars, travel, training, etc.) and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Identify at-risk accounts and implement preventive actions to reduce churn.
* Work closely with Product and Development teams to improve the user experience and relay client feedback and issues.
* Manage a portfolio of 200 to 350 clients, secure renewals, and continuously develop strong client relationships.

* We are looking for a determined individual with a strong appetite for customer relationships and business development.
* You are fluent in french and english
* You are also curious, humble, and authentic, while being autonomous, detail-oriented, and persistent.

* A strong sense of customer service and active listening skills.
* Solid negotiation abilities and a proactive, solution-selling mindset.

Recruitment process
* Introductory interview: 30 minutes with Peter of Macha to get to know you and understand your motivations.
* Role-focused interview: 30 minutes with your future manager to discuss the position and your skills.
* Informal meeting: come and meet the team in our offices for a friendly exchange.
Salary range from 38k to 48k
