We’re Hiring: PMO Lead/Manager | Onshore | Public Sector Programme
Location: Travel 2 days a week to Bristol, Andover, UK
Duration: Permanent

Requirements Essential
* Proven experience as a PMO Lead or Senior PMO Manager within Defence or complex government programmes.
* Demonstrated experience managing full P3M scope across large-scale programmes (preferably HMG Category A).
o Scheduling and integrated planning
o Risk & opportunity management
o Cost control and financial management
o Benefits realisation
* Experience producing senior-level reporting, board packs, and governance artefacts.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with SROs, SLT, and Boards.
* Experience leading and mentoring PMO teams.
* Ability to operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
