We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. Role The role is to deliver key electrical compliance contracts with multiple elements, including EICRs & remedials, PAT testing, and reactive repairs. The successful candidate will build on the strong relationships with our clients to deliver and manage compliance programs and look to up sell the business. Good communication skills a professional manner, and previous electrical experience are essential to the role. Program management Quoting and costing for works Liaise with QS to ensure the quality of work Completing valuations and ensuring jobs/projects are ready for invoice Hold contract meetings with clients and core groups where necessary Responsible for the recruitment of electrical engineers for the relevant workstreams The successful candidate will have Previous Area Manager experience, preferably from a social housing/construction background Able to provide a high level of courteous, professional customer service Highly proficient in MS Office, in particular Outlook and Excel Good written and verbal communication skills Flexible attitude with strong organisational skills What we can offer you Salary exchange pension Employee assistance programme 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, rising by one day with each full year of service (max five additional) Enhanced family leave (dependent on length of service) Sureserve is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
