As a Trainee Wiring Harness Technician based in our new premises near Telford, you will receive comprehensive training to assemble wiring harnesses for some of the most prestigious names in motorsport and the automotive industry.
Your duties will include precise assembly, quality control, and ensuring that our products meet the highest industry standards. Driven and with high levels of attention to detail, you will have a flexible approach to work and take pride in getting things right.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and test wiring looms and harnesses from technical drawings.
* Work as part of an agile team, in a fast-moving environment.
* Carry out hands-on work competently to set production times.
Who are we looking for?
* A minimum of 5 GCSEs, with grades A-C or 9-6, including Mathematics, English, and a Science-based qualification.
* Previous experience in engineering or manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
* Hardworking, dedicated, and flexible with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
