Location: March, CambridgeshirePosition: Full-Time SEN Teaching AssistantStart Date: September 2025 (Potential for July 2025 start)Salary: £80 - £100 per school day (depending on experience)
Reed Education is delighted to be working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in March to assist in finding a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) to join their team. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to make a significant impact on the educational journey of a Year 2 pupil with GDD and SEMH.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one support to a Year 2 pupil with SEMH throughout the school day.
* Ensure the pupil is performing to the highest of their ability and engaging with classwork set by the teacher.
* Support the pupil's behaviour inside and outside of the classroom.
* Collaborate with the SENCO and class teacher to create and implement a tailored plan to maximize the pupil's learning experience.
Requirements:
* Extensive knowledge and experience of working with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
* Valid DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
* UK address and right to work.
* Full-time availability.
