Your Skills: 5 + years experience managing an operations team consisting of Supply Chain and Warehousing functions.

The Head of Supply Chain Operations Opportunity:
We're looking for a Head of Supply Chain Operations to take the wheel on everything from production and planning to logistics and inventory. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll play a big role in shaping our growth journey.
You’ll lead a top-notch ops team, build smart strategies, and keep everything running like clockwork - all while helping us scale globally with style.
Your key responsibilities will cover:
* Strategy Design and Delivery - Lead and scale our global supply chain and logistics strategy—from sourcing and production to warehousing and delivery—ensuring everything runs smoothly and aligns with our big growth goals.
* People Leadership - Drive team performance by leading resourcing, planning, training, and development, while fostering a motivated, high-engagement culture.
* Quality and Compliance - Lead quality, compliance, and audit efforts across our operations and partners, driving a world-class production and total quality system.
* Relationship and Stakeholder Management - Build strong relationships across the business and manage key stakeholders globally, with travel as needed to support international operations.
* IT and Analytics - Own our ERP system and lead data-driven IT improvements, delivering accurate forecasting to support product planning, sales, and procurement across the business.
* Target Delivery and KPI’s - Play a senior role in hitting operational targets and driving continuous improvement by using KPIs to align and integrate teams across logistics and supply chain functions.
* Continuous Improvement and Driving Efficiency - Continuously improve operations by applying Lean methodologies and smart planning to streamline systems, cut costs, and boost efficiency.
* Budget Management - Management of departmental budgets including procurement resourcing and the efficiency of contract services to ensure value for money and effective return on investment.
* Health and Safety - At a senior level oversee and ensure the application of health and safety systems and training to provide a safe and healthy work environment across the entire operational function with particular focus on Warehousing team.
About You:
* Relevant Degree and Supply Chain qualifications (e.g. APICS)
* An experienced operations professional with a supply chain/production background with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a SME business with growth trajectory.
* Demonstrable experience of developing and scaling a supply chain function across international markets
* A good understanding of quality management, quality control and regulatory compliance.
* Strong communication and leadership skills to drive cross-team collaboration and foster a culture of accountability.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions with the appropriate data and business impact/results in mind.
* Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams and customers.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Demonstrable experience of implementing and developing reporting systems/databases that can track and measure business critical data and statistics that can guide our operational process and impact efficiencies and results.
* Strong experience of excel and Microsoft suite applications is essential; experience of SAP Business One is desirable but not essential.
* Good understanding of risk management in the context of the supply chain.
