The Role
The Operations Administrator will work with the rest of the Custody Operations Team and the Custody Manager to ensure that all custody processes happen accurately, efficiently and are compliant with all regulations.
Responsibilities
* Record Daily Stock Situation Notices
* Record Liquidated Stocks
* Process & record Corporate Actions
* Process Equity, Foreign & Collective Dividends
* Investigate Dividend discrepancies.
* Action all GUI dividend claim’s
* Crest reconciliation analysis
* Crest settlement matching
* To develop own professional expertise through on the job training, formal training and, where appropriate, professional qualifications.
* Perform daily operational duties.
* To carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required.
* Adhere to consumer duty.
Skills
* Minimum of 2 years working in a Custody Operations department.
* Experience of carrying out the above responsibilities is required to ensure that the person recruited can join the team and have an immediate impact with helping with the tasks and workload.
* A good understanding of the end-to-end processes with a Custody Operations department.
* Strong Communication Skills – verbal & written.
* Strong working knowledge of Excel
* Attention to detail.
* Inquisitive with a ‘can do’ attitude to learning and enjoys developing new skills
