Job Purpose
To support Business Development Managers by conducting online video sales meetings, providing Health & Safety advice to prospective clients across different sectors in Great Britain, with the goal of showcasing our services to encourage client subscriptions.
Job Overview
The role involves working in a team to provide legally compliant solutions to prospective clients during sales meetings via online video, supporting Business Development Managers. You will advise on all aspects of Health & Safety to support the business needs of each prospect, highlighting the compliance support we offer if they become clients. Additionally, you will support BDMs with H&S advice via telephone and email.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Participate in sales meetings with BDMs via video link or telephone, supporting the sales process before, during, and after appointments. Provide initial guidance on live issues, showcase and demonstrate our services, and explain additional offerings if prospects join.
* Continuously update personal knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, best practices, initiatives, and developments.
* Develop positive working relationships and maintain proactive contact with Business Development Managers and BSTs regarding prospective clients.
* Accurately log all advice onto the internal system, take ownership of cases, ensure proper handover to Health & Safety teams, and update Salesforce accordingly.
* Review client H&S documentation and provide appropriate advice.
