Facilities Asset Officer – 3-Month Fixed Term Contract

Your new role
* An exciting opportunity for a Facilities Asset Officer - 3-Month Fixed Term Contract to join our team.
* This is a temporary contract. It is anticipated that the role will be effective from July 2025 till Oct 2025.
* Responsible for handling equipment records and facilities documentation in GXP standard to meet operational needs.
* Provide support in organising the introduction, timely delivery, qualification, maintenance, relocation, repair and removal of equipment.
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the facilities team schedule, workload trackers, spreadsheets and reports.
* Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, service providers and contractors.
* Escalation of bottlenecks / constraints to the Facilities Asset Supervisor & Manager.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities and assisting with department tasks as and when required.
About you
* Prior experience working in a GMP regulated environment.
* Exceptional communication skills; ability to confidently communicate technical or complex concepts orally and in written form to technical and non-technical individuals.
* Competent with Microsoft Office packages.
* Able to effectively manage and influence stakeholders’ and customer expectations.
* Great flexibility and organisational skills in responding to both short term demands and long term planned workload.
* Excellent attention to detail with a desire to continually develop and improve our processes.
