Your Responsibilities:
Actively drive sales and develop profitable channel partners for DELL.
Support Arrow ECS Sales Teams in named partner accounts by providing business development, enablement, training, and vendor specialization (including product knowledge, programs, and roadmap information).
Manage up to 15 designated Resellers, developing business for DELL and Arrow to meet vendor targets.
Build and maintain relationships with Pure sales teams to ensure Arrow are involved in opportunities.
Expand business relationships within existing partners to deepen engagement.
Onboard new partners that fit the profile for Arrow and DELL.
Maintain a proactive approach in collaboration with DELL.
Your Profile:
Results-Driven & Forecast Management
At least 2 years of Sales experience
Strong Communication & Presentation Skills

Relationship Building & Negotiation
Business Acumen & Problem Solving
Sales Expertise & Territory Management
Self-motivated, structured, and proactive
