Responsibilities
* Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
* Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families.
* Managing a caseload of children and families, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
* Working closely with multi-agency teams to coordinate support services.
* Monitoring and reviewing progress, making adjustments to plans as necessary.
* Documenting casework and maintaining accurate records in compliance with legislation.
Qualifications & Skills
* A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and practices in children's social care.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your own caseload effectively.
