We're looking for a dynamic & adaptable change subject matter expert, who takes a pragmatic approach to Business Change. You'll be joining a dedicated change management function on a permanent basis. As a Business Change Manager, you'll report to the Senior Business Change Manager and work at the forefront of our global change initiatives. You'll lead the business readiness capability, conducting change impact assessments and planning business readiness activities. You'll work closely with regional and local stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of changes.
Your responsibilities include conducting change impact assessments to identify what is changing, who will be impacted, and how. You'll plan and deliver business readiness activities, including communications, user acceptance testing, and training. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes successfully and at pace. You'll champion the Embrace Change Framework and continuously improve it. Additionally, you'll support programme, portfolio, and business governance and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Adaptability and effectiveness in ambiguous situations are key, along with a pragmatic approach to business change. Building and maintaining strong relationships will be crucial as you manage large transformation projects. Experience with large-scale international organizational change efforts will be valuable for ongoing projects.
