Overview
Bristol City Councils Children Residential Service is offering a full-time, permanent opportunity to join our team in providing therapeutic care experiences for children with complex needs. We operate smaller homes that care for 2 to 3 children at a time to better match placements and provide a homely environment where children feel safe, loved, and nurtured. Our trauma-informed approach helps us understand and cater to the individual needs of each child.

Responsibilities
* Provide therapeutic care experiences for children with complex needs in smaller homes (2–3 children per home).
* Contribute to a trauma-informed approach that supports child wellbeing and development.
* Engage in ongoing training and professional development, including regular supervision and reflective practice.
* Uphold Bristol Values and foster a safe, nutritious, and nurturing environment.
* Participate in flexible shift patterns, including sleep-in duties, weekends, and bank holidays, as required.
