Associate Measurement Lead

As an Associate Measurement Lead, you’ll help leading global brands understand how their advertising performs, shaping smarter, more effective digital strategies. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll combine analytics, storytelling, and creativity to deliver insights that make a real impact.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to clients, build expertise in digital measurement, and grow within a fast-paced media environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead brand lift studies from end to end on Reddit’s platform
* Run project kick-offs, design surveys, analyse data, and present insights
* Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to both internal teams and clients
* Collaborate with sales and ad measurement teams to ensure quality and timelines
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
About you
We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and excited to develop in digital media and research.
* Around 1+ year of experience in advertising research, media, insights, or a related field
* Understanding of experimentation, measurement, or basic data analysis
* Confident communicator, able to present insights clearly and tell a compelling story
* Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Degree in marketing, business, economics, statistics, or similar
