Responsibilities
* Collaborate as part of a team to provide high‑quality, personalised care in line with individual care plans
* Support residents with daily activities, promoting dignity and respect
* Assist with leisure and social activities and encourage participation
* Be kind, supportive to residents, their families and colleagues
Qualifications and skills
* Ability to work as part of a team; a positive, caring attitude and energy to share
* Experience is not essential; training and support provided
* Good communication skills and a flexible approach
* Genuine respect for older people and their needs
