Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs
* Support children with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and SEMH
* Help pupils engage with learning both inside and outside the classroom
* Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver effective classroom support
* Encourage confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours
* Support emotional regulation and contribute to a calm, structured environment
Qualifications & Experience
* Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school or care background desirable)
* Are patient, empathetic, and adaptable
* Communicate confidently and work well within a team
* Build rapport quickly with pupils and staff
* Are flexible and open to working in different school settings
* Are committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
* Undertake an Enhanced DBS check
* Provide satisfactory references
