Part‑time position, £13.96 per hour. Contract type: Permanent. 16 contracted hours per week. Availability: 3–4 days per week including weekends. Shift times: 7:00 am – 8:30 pm.

Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues. Your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres, ensuring customers have an outstanding experience, building relationships, and supporting store operations.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service, offering personalised and attentive support.
* Communicate verbally and in writing with customers to convey information effectively.
* Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently using problem‑solving skills.
* Support morning shifts, including deliveries and stock processing.
* Meet and exceed sales targets in a customer‑focused retail environment.
* Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent service and achieve store goals.
Qualifications & Expectations
* Availability for 3–4 days per week, including weekends and some bank holidays.
* Strong communication skills.
* Problem‑solving abilities.
