You will be working as part of a well established urgent care team and the wider multi disciplinary team to promote a good patient experience within the Trust.

Qualifications
* Registered First Level Degree Nurse or paramedic
* Physical Assessment & Disease Management skills.
* Paediatric Clinical Skills
* Minor Injury Experience
* Masters in Advanced Nursing Practice or willingness to undertake
Experience
* Recent experience working in an autonomous practice role.
* Experience at band 6/7 in an acute setting.
* x-ray interpretation
* Experience of working to protocols or guidelines.

£49,387 to £56,515 per annum, pro rata.
