We now wish to recruit for the following opportunities: Methods Engineers (Maintenance Department) (MME/26/1) We are seeking skilled and motivated Engineers to join our Methods team in the Maintenance Department. Reporting to the Maintenance Methods Manager, the successful candidates will play a key role in providing maintenance systems, tools, and support to drive continuous improvement through lean practices while supporting the wider maintenance function. Key Responsibilities: Promote and support a preventative maintenance culture by applying TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and RCM (Reliability-Centred Maintenance) principles within the assigned area. Assist in integrating maintenance best practices into daily operations to enhance equipment reliability and performance. Support the development, review, and implementation of maintenance methods and work instructions to standardise processes and improve efficiency. Contributes to the improvement of visual management systems for equipment maintenance, ensuring clear communication of asset status and performance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
