Position
Locum consultant dermatology post based between Royal Alexandra Hospital and Inverclyde Royal Hospital. The shift pattern is over 4 days, 32 hours per week. This is a fixed‑term post for 12 months. Salary is pro‑rata for part‑time hours. The post requires the consultant to work elsewhere as required by the Clinical Service Lead and to deliver 8 Programmed Activities within the Glasgow and Clyde Dermatology Directorate for the 12‑month period. Responsibilities
Provide dermatology out‑patient services across local sites, including cutaneous surgery, skin cancer, photodermatology, contact dermatitis, severe psoriasis, teaching, genodermatoses, paediatric dermatology, connective tissue disorders, vulval dermatoses, lymphoma and hair disorders. Qualifications
Applicants must hold full GMC registration, a licence to practice and MRCP or equivalent, and eligibility for inclusion on the Specialist Register. Those trained in the UK should have evidence of higher specialist training in Dermatology leading to CCT or eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR) or be within 6 months of confirmed entry from date of interview.
