The Vacancy
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor here at Calisen, you’ll be right at the heart of our fast-paced, high-volume, end-to-end recruitment operation. This role will primarily focus on recruiting high‑volume field‑based roles, including meter readers and engineers (with opportunities to grow and develop in other areas of recruitment across the business).
In this role, you’ll keep pipelines full and move candidates through the process quickly and efficiently. You’ll manage large, ongoing intakes and be responsible for delivering a smooth, well organised process from vacancy intake all the way through to offer.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high volume recruitment, enjoys working at pace, and wants the energy and momentum that comes with managing consistent, busy hiring activity.
Sourcing & Attraction
1. Source high volumes of candidates via job boards, CV databases and social media
2. Run multiple attraction campaigns at the same time
3. Maintain strong, consistent pipelines of ready-to-interview candidates
4. Work with approved recruitment agency partners during peak periods
Screening & Selection
5. Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process: screening, shortlisting, interview support, offers and declines
6. Conduct telephone screenings at pace
7. Move candidates swiftly and efficiently through each stage
Hiring Manager Support
8. Book interviews in line with hiring manager availability
9. Keep managers updated on pipeline strength and progress
10. Gather interview feedback quickly and share outcomes with candidates
Candidate Experience
11. Guide candidates through every stage from application to offer
12. Deliver fast, clear communication while managing high inbox volumes
13. Provide candidates with interview details, preparation support and next steps
14. Ensure timely and constructive feedback whether successful or not
What We’re Looking For
15. Experience in mid to high-volume recruitment (internal or agency)
16. Strong sourcing, screening and organisational skills
17. Confidence managing multiple roles and high candidate numbers at pace
18. Excellent communication and inbox management
19. Energetic, adaptable and proactive approach
20. Motivated to develop skills across wider areas of recruitment
