This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm with a strong, longstanding client base and a supportive friendly team.With a company client base of mostly of private limited companies and family businesses; work includes company matters as well as significant property-related tasks and some focus on rural/agricultural clients as well.Responsibilities Independently manage a caseload of corporate and commercial matters, to include approximately 40% commercial property.Provide expert guidance on freehold and leasehold commercial property and associated finance matters.Business sales and acquisitionsCompany share sales and company restructuring as well as company administration.Landlord and tenant matters.Requirements Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years’ PQE in company commercial lawA strong client service orientation.
