Position Summary:
* Assist customers and business partners via telephone andemail.
* Handle customer complaints in a calmprofessional manner.
* Diagnose assess andresolve problems or issues.
* Monitor progressof delivery routes
* Scan haulaway pods andverify stamps.
* Process changes orcancellations to delivery orders.
At a minimum youll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1year related experience preferably within a call centerenvironment
* Strong customer service skills andthe ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
* Solid ability to multitask with exceptionalorganizational skills.
* Ability to thrive underpressure while delivering solutions that exceed customerexpectations.
