We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant, who will provide comprehensive support to the executive team of a Nationally certified leader that specialises in secure data destruction and sustainable IT recycling. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the leadership in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities


Document & Office Management

· Organise and maintain digital and physical files

· Keep company records and statutory books up to date


HR & Compliance Support

· Assist with HR-related documents and contract changes

· Support the Compliance Officer with documentation and processes


Project & Client Management

· Track project progress, prepare reports, and follow up on deliverables

· Act as the key link between the Sales team and the Client Manager

· Provide day-to-day support to the Founder with BDM activities


Administrative Support

· Handle travel arrangements, manage expense reports

· Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and internal communications

· Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling of meetings


Event & Scheduling Coordination

· Assist with planning and coordinating events, conferences, and team gatherings

· Speaking with attendees—taking names, contact details, and following up afterward

· Provide light-touch business development support by maintaining warm contact and keeping relationships moving


Communication & Correspondence

· Respond to phone calls and emails professionally

· Draft memos, reports, and social communications


Skills & Qualifications

· Proven organisational and time-management skills

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


Preferred Qualities

· Previous experience in Executive or Administrative support roles

· Exposure to compliance or HR support functions

· A genuine interest in sustainability

· Must be team player
