Job Overview
Therapy Assistant Practitioner joining the community ICRT in Purbeck.
Main Duties
* Carry out holistic assessments and treatment plans under indirect supervision.
* Support patients in homes and care homes to promote independence.
* Assist with rehabilitation on the ward at Swanage Hospital when required.
* Record interventions according to professional standards.
Qualifications
* Therapy Assistant Practitioner apprenticeship (NVQ 3) or equivalent.
* Care Certificate completion or willingness to complete.
* Experience as an Assistant at an advancing level.
Person Specification
* Recent experience in a comparable role.
* Experience with defined clinical or therapeutic interventions delegated by a Registered Practitioner.
* Effective communication at different organisational levels.
