An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join our Administrative Team. The post holder will provide comprehensive admin support to the Knowsley, St Helens, Warrington and Halton Senior Leadership team. Base working at the Trust's headquarters - supporting Microsoft Teams meetings, but may be required to attend face‑to‑face meetings in each of the four boroughs.
Successful applicants will be able to organise their own workload and co‑ordinate workload activities within the team. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work to tight deadlines, withstand the pressure of a busy department and work on their own initiative.
Some travel between sites is also required. The post holder will be expected to work with minimal supervision, demonstrate flexibility and use initiative to carry out duties in a way that makes a direct and positive contribution to the organisation, allowing the leadership team to utilise their time efficiently and effectively.
As an experienced Personal Assistant/Secretary, you will manage diaries for the leadership team, arrange internal and external meetings, take comprehensive minutes, prepare for meetings in advance, chase up outstanding actions and produce reports. It is essential that confidentiality be maintained at all times and that the post holder adheres to Trust Policies and Procedures.
