As Grid Manager you will:
* Provide grid input for new site search activities.
* Secure and modify grid connection agreements per project strategy.
* Negotiate grid technical requirements and prepare contract documents.
* Identify, challenge, and track grid liabilities; advise on connection agreement strategies to manage risk.
* Provide accurate grid connection cost information.
* Conduct grid connection feasibility studies for new sites.
* Identify optimal grid connection solutions considering operational factors.
* Ensure grid connection agreements align with construction needs.
* Collaborate with HV Electrical for Construction, Operations and liaise with Senior Grid Manager
* Manage grid-related contracts and act as point of contact with NESO, TOs and DNOs.
This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week and a hybrid working pattern in place. Offices Stirling or Glasgow.
