The Role: We are seeking Lecturers to teach undergraduate modules for the BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance programme. Flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings, and weekends is required due to our delivery model.

What you'll be doing: As a Lecturer in Accounting & Finance, you will deliver management modules, develop course materials, undertake teaching and assessment, and stay updated with developments in your field and student support practices.
Responsibilities include:
* Planning, delivering, and assessing student work to meet learning outcomes
* Updating and improving course materials
* Using diverse teaching methods
* Engaging in staff development, peer observations, and administrative duties
* Staying current with field developments and student support practices
* Working towards objectives related to student attendance, progression, and satisfaction
About you:
* Master's degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable)
* Previous UK HE lecturing experience
* Extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter
* Experience supervising student work and providing feedback
* Ability to maintain organized student records
* Ability to work under pressure, plan, and prioritize
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with diverse groups
Desirable:
* Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent, or willingness to enroll within three years
* Experience in designing or developing academic or professional programmes
