As a Care Assistant, you will: Deliver high standards of personal care such as washing, dressing, and repositioning. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families. Assist with meal times and monitor fluid intake as per care plans. Observe and report any changes in residents’ conditions. Collaborate with nurses, senior carers, and healthcare professionals.
