Commercial Operations Team

Working as part of the Commercial Operations function and reporting to Commercial Operations Director, you will oversee the financial health and commercial activities of the company. This includes managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing analysis to support decision-making. Commercial Operations focuses on global pipeline conversion, legal, pricing, and compliance, ensuring effective opportunity conversion and delivery while maintaining profitability and adherence to governance protocols.

What you can expect to be doing

* Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of, and implement, commercial strategies that align with the company’s long‑term goals and objectives, ensuring adaptability to changing market conditions.
* Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales pipeline process, ensuring the timely and efficient progression of opportunities to meet company needs and objectives.
* Opportunity Qualification: Lead the qualification process for new business opportunities, working with relevant stakeholders to assess and prioritise potential projects based on strategic fit and probability of success.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to drive project success.
* Governance and Reporting: Ensure robust governance structures are in place, providing regular reports and updates to senior management and the board, and facilitating informed decision‑making.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the commercial operations, implementing initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall effectiveness.
* Risk and Issue Management: Develop and execute risk management strategies to proactively address potential issues, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies, and maintaining project integrity.


What you will bring

* Significant experience with sales or commercial operations management or a similar field. This experience should include managing and directing operations, developing strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
* Experience with global opportunity management processes in international Management Consulting, Legal, Technology, or Government sectors.
* Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, to effectively engage with stakeholders across multiple regions and seniority levels.
* Strong management, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to lead multiple global projects simultaneously.
* A highly proactive and autonomous approach to work, with proven experience in problem‑solving and taking ownership of tasks within a global setting.
