On behalf our our client, in the SE London/Kent area, we are looking to bring in an experienced Finance Manager. This role will support senior management in operational scaling and will play a critical role in strategic decision making.
Responsibilities
* Leading the management accounts function
* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting
* Support operational decision making through robust financial analysis, KPI tracking and strategic financial insight
* Driving digital transformation and process improvement
Qualifications
* ACCA/CIMA/ACA with 5 years post qualified experience
* Confident in presenting and reporting to Senior Management team
* Evidence of prior team management and mentoring skills
* Proactive approach to AI tools and technology
* Background in construction or facilities management a bonus
