Awel y Mor is situated just a few steps from the charming seaside harbor and village of Saundersfoot. It is a welcoming detached home designed for up to three adults aged 18 and over. The residence features three large double bedrooms, inviting communal lounges, and a modern kitchen. Outside, the landscaped garden offers a tranquil sanctuary for relaxation and leisure.
Awel y Mor feels like a family home, balancing learning, leisure, and life skills. Our creative and experienced team of carers works closely with each individual to ensure they feel happy and supported, recognizing that every adult has unique interests, strengths, and needs.

A typical day at Awel Y Mor may include:
* Ensuring physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive environment
* Supporting recreational activities, outings, and community integration
* Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence, celebrating achievements and milestones
* Working to ensure support is tailored to individual needs
* Keeping accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents
* Performing general housekeeping duties, including meal preparation
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have a compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Are resilient and patient when faced with challenges
* Are willing to learn and follow guidance from the team
* Have basic IT skills for record keeping and communication
* Are flexible to work shifts, including weekends and occasional nights
Please note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
