Job Description
At Telefónica Tech, you'll join a vibrant, forward-thinking team transforming the digital landscape across complex projects. As a Senior/Lead Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant, you'll take a leading role in high-profile digital manufacturing transformation programmes, helping clients modernise production operations, optimise planning, and build resilient, data-driven supply chains.

Your Role
As a Senior/Lead D365 Supply Chain Management Consultant (Manufacturing), you'll shape and deliver end-to-end manufacturing solutions within Dynamics 365. You'll work closely with production, operations, warehousing and supply chain leadership teams to design scalable, future-ready manufacturing processes.
You will:
Lead envisioning and discovery workshops with manufacturing stakeholders to understand production models (discrete, process, engineer-to-order, make-to-order).
Design and configure D365 SCM to support end-to-end manufacturing operations.
Optimise production control, master planning (MRP), capacity planning, and material requirements planning.
Configure and enhance:
Production orders & BOM structures
Routes & resource groups
Shop floor control
Quality management
Inventory & warehouse processes within manufacturing environments
Support integration with MES systems, IoT-enabled production data, barcode scanning solutions, Product Information Management (PIM) solutions; and third-party planning tools.
Lead data migration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities across manufacturing sites.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to production planners, operations managers, and supply chain teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to Operations and Finance leadership during digital transformation programmes.
Lead and mentor consultants across manufacturing workstreams, ensuring quality, consistency, and best practice delivery.
Drive internal initiatives to improve our go to market capability through partnership and AI based solutions.
Qualifications
Desired Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations within manufacturing environments.
Deep functional expertise in:
Production Control
Master Planning (MRP/MPS)
Capacity Planning
Inventory & Advanced Warehouse Management (manufacturing-led)
Product Information Management
Quality Management
Procurement & Sourcing within production supply chains
Strong understanding of manufacturing models (make-to-stock, make-to-order, configure-to-order, engineer-to-order).
Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing rollouts.
Ability to translate operational manufacturing challenges into scalable D365 solutions.
Experience integrating D365 SCM with MES, PLM, forecasting tools, and shop floor data capture systems.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and IT.
Confident leading workshops, training sessions, design authorities and executive steering updates.
Exposure to reporting and AI-driven insights using Power BI, SSRS, and Copilot is advantageous.
Experience leading high-performing functional teams and mentoring junior consultants.
