We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen of a bold, design:led hotel and restaurant in Beaconsfield.

What we are looking for
* A strong Sous Chef or an experienced Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
* A solid restaurant background with a focus on quality:led cooking
* Rosette experience would be highly valued
* Someone confident with fresh food, service, and high standards
* A chef who leads by example and enjoys developing junior team members
* Calm, organised, and comfortable in a busy professional kitchen
