What does this role involve?
Leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service to our prepayment customers. Your responsibilities include:
* Coaching and developing staff
* Overseeing department KPIs and SLAs
* Managing escalated queries
* Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
* Collaborating with internal departments
