Staffing & Recruitment Coordinator Coventry (Head Office – Bodmin Road, CV2) £27,000 per annum Full Time Join a Fast-Growing Events & Security Business At Stadium, our mission is simple: keeping people safe. We deliver specialist services across: Event Services Training Temporary Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) From major football clubs and live music festivals to local authorities and large-scale public events, we work with clients across the UK to provide reliable, professional staffing and safety solutions. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a confident and highly organised Staffing & Recruitment Coordinator to join our Coventry Head Office team. About the Role This is not your average recruitment role. You’ll be at the centre of a fast-paced operational environment where no two days are the same. One minute you could be coordinating staffing for a large-scale event, the next you’ll be supporting recruitment activity, liaising with clients, or ensuring operational teams have everything they need to deliver successfully. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem solving, and wants to build a long-term career within a growing business. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating and scheduling 300 staff across multiple sites nationwide Managing rotas, shift allocations and timesheets Supporting end-to-end recruitment activity from application through to onboarding Conducting candidate screening interviews and remote inductions Building strong relationships with staff, clients and operational teams Communicating staffing updates and event information clearly and efficiently Ensuring recruitment KPIs and compliance processes are consistently achieved Updating internal systems, spreadsheets and staffing databases Supporting operations teams during live events and busy periods Assisting with performance management and general HR-related matters Identifying improvements and bringing fresh ideas to enhance processes and service delivery Working collaboratively across departments to support business needs What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone proactive, resilient and people-focused who can stay calm in a high-pressure environment. Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, HR, events, or workforce coordination Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organisational and time management ability Confidence managing multiple priorities at once Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support others A solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to contribute new ideas What You’ll Get in Return Competitive salary of £27,000 Career development opportunities within a fast-growing company Experience working on exciting events and projects nationwide Supportive and energetic team culture On-site parking Real opportunities for progression as the business expands Working Hours This role is Monday to Friday; however, flexibility is essential to meet the demands of the business, including attend weekend events and act as an admin/welfare team, you will earn time off during the week as Lieu.
