Senior Data Analyst (Revenue) - up to £75,000 + benefits

Impactive IT are hiring a commercially minded, insight-driven Senior Data Analyst to take ownership of revenue analytics across a fast-growing, data-led business.

🔍 What you’ll be doing
* Own end-to-end revenue reporting and performance analysis across multiple product categories and sales channels
* Build predictive models for pricing optimisation, demand forecasting, and sell-through rates
* Use your commercial mindset to identify new opportunities to utilise data to increase revenue
* Evaluate channel performance and guide resource allocation decisions
* Partner with commercial teams on A/B testing and experimentation
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
🧠 What we’re looking for
* Advanced SQL/Excel skills and experience building robust data models in DBT
* Strong experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma)
* Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran)
* A strong commercial mindset- you focus on impact, not just outputs
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
* Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
➕ Nice to have
* Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or circular economy businesses
* Experience with pricing optimisation, dynamic pricing or revenue forecasting
* Work with a modern, well-established data platform
* Be part of a team where data drives real business decisions
* Collaborate across product, tech, and commercial teams
* Help scale a business focused on sustainability and smarter resource use
