SENIOR CUSTOMER ANALYST – LONDON
UP TO £60,000 + BENEFITS
THE COMPANY:
A leading fashion retailer is looking for a commercially minded Senior Customer Analyst to join their fast-paced and collaborative analytics team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact on customer strategy by leveraging data to influence trading, planning, and marketing decisions.
THE ROLE:
As the Senior Customer Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and shaping customer-centric strategies across acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Working closely with finance, marketing, and trading teams, your insights will help the business understand customer behaviour and optimise future planning.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with finance and marketing teams to monitor customer growth, forecast performance, and identify acquisition and retention gaps
* Conducting deep-dive customer analytics to understand behaviour, segment performance, and lifetime value
* Providing clear trading insights and scenario modelling to inform commercial decision-making
* Developing and maintaining forecasting tools and customer models in Excel and SQL
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong SQL skills – comfortable querying large and complex datasets
* Advanced Excel capabilities for modelling and forecasting
* Trading and Financial Analytics experience a positive
* A background in customer analytics, including segmentation, retention, lifetime value, and acquisition performance
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
