Dental Receptionist – Bupa Dental Care Leeds
£12.21 per hour | Full-time (4 x 10-hour days) | Flexible Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
We’re looking for a friendly, organized Dental Receptionist with strong customer/patient-facing experience to join our team at Bupa Dental Care Leeds.
This role involves working four 10-hour days per week, with flexibility to choose any four days Monday to Friday. This position is a replacement covering base hours.

Receptionist role and responsibilities
8. Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression and patient journey
9. Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
10. Co-ordinating the care packages for our patients that has been provided by our clinicians
11. Confident in promoting and upselling Bupa Dental Care products and services including Plan options, Finance and Insurance claims
12. Excellent customer service skills face to face, telephone and via email
13. Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
14. Handling payments
15. Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
Your skills and experience
16. Ability to be positive and professional in a fast-paced environment
17. Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably within a healthcare setting
18. Strong communication skills face to face, via telephone and email
19. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook with overall strong organisation skills
20. Previous experience with promoting company products and services
21. Preferred Dentally experience
