The Role
In this role, you will operate as a strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner within Audit, working closely with senior and executive stakeholders to shape workforce strategy and long-term capability. Rather than focusing on recruitment delivery, you will influence how the business plans for talent, using insight, data, and strong stakeholder partnerships to align workforce demand with business priorities.
You will lead strategic workforce conversations, translate complex hiring demand into clear plans, and act as a trusted advisor to the business. Your impact will come from your ability to challenge constructively, provide forward looking insights, and connect business objectives with effective talent strategies across experienced hire, contingent workforce, and early careers.
If you are motivated by operating at a strategic level, enjoy partnering with senior leaders, and want to shape how an organisation thinks about future skills and talent pipelines, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful, visible impact. If you are interested in influencing workforce strategy rather than owning recruitment delivery, and thrive in a consultative, data led environment, then this is a role you should consider.
Please note
Due to contractual obligations, we may be unable to consider applications from individuals currently or recently assigned to certain client accounts. If this may apply to you, a member of the TA team will contact you directly.
