Salaried GP at NHS in Low Moor Medical Centre, Bradford. A dedicated and passionate GP is needed to join our dynamic team and contribute to excellent health care services.

Main Duties of the Job
* Conduct surgeries, visits, and on‑call duties as agreed between doctors.
* Ensure surgeries run to time within the constraints of General Practice.
* Provide appropriate consultations face‑to‑face, by telephone, or online.
* Gather relevant information and formulate diagnoses and management plans incorporating patient preferences.
* Make comprehensive and understandable records as agreed by partners.
* Follow through the management of an episode of illness with a patient where possible.
* Respond to emergencies at the surgery or patient’s home, involving other agencies when required.
* Show responsiveness to other doctors and share workload.
* When on‑call, be within reasonable distance to respond to emergencies and maintain direct communication with the practice.
Administration
* Review blood results, add actions and follow‑up requirements.
* Review incoming patient letters, respond appropriately, and note any actions or follow‑up.
* Complete reports sent by third‑party companies.
* Sign/troubleshoot prescriptions.
* Send referrals and letters for typing promptly to the secretarial team (usually within 3 days, same day for urgent referrals).

Qualifications
* Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
* Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate)
* On the NHSE medical performers list
* Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
* MRCGP qualification (or equivalent)
