A leading Digital Transformation company revolutionizing customer experience is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the implementation of the Temenos Core Banking System.

This role focuses on residential and commercial lending, system integration, and data migration.

The successful candidate will bring strategic thinking, technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills to deliver a high-impact transformation aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Temenos implementation, focusing on lending modules such as residential mortgages, commercial loans, and credit servicing.
* Oversee integration of Temenos with internal platforms (CRM, credit bureaus, document management, payments) and third-party systems.
* Manage data migration lifecycle: extraction, transformation, validation, and cutover from legacy systems.
* Collaborate with business units in lending, risk, compliance, and finance to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
* Configure lending workflows, risk scoring, approval processes, and regulatory requirements within Temenos.
* Implement programme governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Coordinate workstreams, delivery partners, and vendors for timely execution.
* Define and manage testing strategies including UAT, SIT, and regression testing.
* Support change management, user training, and operational readiness activities.

Required Skills and Experience

* Experience delivering Temenos implementation programs, especially Temenos Lending (TLC/LC) or similar solutions.
* Expertise in residential and commercial lending operations, origination, servicing, risk management, and compliance.
* Experience with system integration using API-led and middleware architectures.
* Proven success in managing complex data migrations to modern core banking platforms.
* Understanding of credit policy, lending lifecycle, and regulatory standards (PRA, FCA, Basel).
* Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, MSP).
* Experience managing vendors and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

* Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP).
* Experience with Temenos-certified partners or certifications.
* Background in digital lending solutions in retail or commercial banking.
* Knowledge of IFRS 9 and risk-based pricing models.
