We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned, world-class portfolio of brands including household names such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a $35 billion turnover and nearly 90,000 team members across 95 countries, we have grown from a pioneering idea over 65 years ago to the global mobility leader we are today.
Join us, and as the TargetJobs Graduate Employer of the Year and a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, we will offer you the freedom to explore your potential and progress on your own career path. Ready to make your move?
After an initial virtual classroom-based orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch office for hands-on business training. You will learn valuable skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes, including our current CEO. This approach allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand their significant role in our success. Our promote-from-within culture ensures a well-rounded training experience in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you progress, more opportunities will become available. You can choose to continue your ascent within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager in as little as two years. Alternatively, explore other exciting options within Enterprise, including Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing.
We encourage all employees to be their best, with diversity being a priority. We have been recognized in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women for seventeen years, Stonewall’s Top 100 employers for LGBT inclusion, a Disability Confident Leader, included in the Social Mobility Employer Index, and named a Race Equality Responsible Business Champion by BITC.
Enterprise remains family-owned, with our CEO Chrissy Taylor, the third generation of the Taylor family, leading the company. This provides stability and confidence in our future, even in challenging times.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make business decisions impacting your career and the company’s bottom line. We will teach you effective communication, influence, and interaction skills with customers, vendors, and colleagues. You’ll learn sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management. These skills will enable you to market to local business partners and build lasting relationships with decision makers. You’ll also learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff, with development rewarded through pay increases and promotions.
