Following the promotion of the previous Director of Sales, David Macfarlane, into the CEO role, we are now looking for a new Director of Sales. This role will be focused on maintaining the business’s number one market share position in its key markets and playing a critical role in identifying new opportunities for growth. One of the keys to success in this opportunity is recognising the very high value that each member of the team contributes and ensuring that they are managed in a positive fashion.
The role sits as part of a strong SMT, working particularly closely with Finance, Marketing, Technology and Education Operations. It is an exciting time to join the business with the opportunity for contribution to the M&A strategy, pricing and qualification delivery innovation.
The role requires an empathetic leader with a strong, strategic sales background, but with the ability to be hands-on. Candidates must have the ability and desire to work autonomously, motivating themselves and their team, in a fast-paced environment.
