The Person
Youll be someone who loves leading and supporting others someone who takes pride in creating spaces where children can thrive. Youll bring:
* A childcare qualification (minimum Level 4)
* At least 2 years experience managing a Nursery or similar setting
* Level 3 Safeguarding qualification and experience with Ofsted
* Strong organisational, communication, and people skills
* A flexible, positive approach and a genuine commitment to inclusion
Its a bonus if you know the North Kensington area or have experience working with diverse communities.
