Digital Marketing Manager
to join their UK Marketing team.

The role:
You'll play a key part in shaping and delivering a multi-channel digital strategy, supporting the Digital Development Manager and collaborating with content, design and events specialists. This role will see you managing digital campaigns end-to-end, ensuring activity is on brand, measurable, and optimised for success.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver multi-channel digital campaigns (website, email, SEO, social – LinkedIn & YouTube)
* Lead social media campaigns, from brief through to optimisation and reporting
* Oversee CRM data management and enrichment (HubSpot experience essential)
* Maintain website CMS and page content updates
* Provide regular campaign reporting, tracking, and optimisation
* Ensure consistent brand governance across all digital activities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns
What we're looking for:
* 4+ years' digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
* Hands-on expertise in HubSpot (must-have)
* Strong skills across website, email, SEO, PPC, and social channels
* Experience with campaign reporting and optimisation
* Excellent organisational and communication skills with sharp attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects and perform under pressure
* A proactive team player with a passion for building strong relationships
