What you'll be doing
Identifying and targeting new business opportunities across your territory
Proactively prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking and industry events
Engaging with key decision-makers to understand their challenges and position tailored solutions
Preparing proposals, product demos, and presentations that win work
Leading commercial negotiations and closing new business deals
Collaborating with sales and marketing to develop market-focused campaigns
Keeping CRM records up-to-date and reporting on pipeline performance
What we're looking for
Proven track record in B2B new business development
Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage your own diary effectively
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
Desirable experience
Selling into large corporate customers
Understanding of private-sector procurement cycles
Previous use of CRM systems and modern sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
