This role is ideal if you: Love solving technical problems while keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do Want exposure to a wide range of technologies and challenges Enjoy working in a collaborative environment where your ideas and input matter Are looking for a clear path for growth in tech support, product engineering, or operations What youll be doing Acting as the primary contact for customer queries across phone, email, and live chat Troubleshooting and owning tickets through to resolution Building strong, positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike Learning the ins and outs of our products and becoming a trusted expert Supporting a wide variety of areas: technical support, migrations, bespoke templates, bug investigations, and more Liaising with internal teams and third parties to ensure smooth and timely solutions Contributing to knowledge base articles and sharing best practice What youll bring Some experience with IT support or a strong technical foundation (graduates welcome!)
