About the Role
Are you ready to take the lead in creating unforgettable experiences? We are on the lookout for a Shift Manager to join our vibrant Shops Venues across the resort!
As a Shift Manager, you will report directly to the Venue Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring our daily operational plans come to life. Your mission? To make sure our team is in the right place at the right time, managing fluctuating guest demand while maintaining high operational standards and an exceptional guest experience.
You’ll be the driving force behind our team, supporting and coaching them to deliver outstanding service while hitting key targets like add-on sales and promotions. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role, so we’ll allocate time for non-guest facing tasks, allowing you to spend most of your time engaging with our guests.
Flexibility is key! This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, so being adaptable is essential. At Butlin’s, no two days are the same, and we want someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, ready to think on their feet and prioritize our guests’ experience above all else.
About You
We’re searching for an experienced leader from the F&B sector who can inspire our team to deliver fantastic service. If you put guests first in everything you do and have a knack for training and coaching in a fun-filled environment, we want to hear from you!
* Previous experience in a busy retail environment where speed and quality matter.
* Confidence to direct and respond effectively in any situation while upholding brand standards.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and engage your team, even during peak times.
* Strong multitasking skills and adaptability to changing requirements.
